MirrorCTT is a productivity Chrome extension intended for authorized call-center and lead-booking personnel. It works with supported customer relationship management, dialer, and lead-management webpages to organize information already available to the signed-in user and assist with lead, callback, appointment, and booking workflows.
This policy applies to the MirrorCTT Chrome extension. It does not apply to websites or services operated by others, including websites on which MirrorCTT may run.
2. Information MirrorCTT Accesses
To provide its core functionality, MirrorCTT may access webpage content that is visible or available within supported websites. Depending on the page, this content may include:
- customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses;
- lead IDs and lead, project, or account information;
- client or campaign names;
- appointment, callback, and booking details;
- call dispositions and notes displayed on supported pages; and
- similar workflow information displayed in a supported browser tab.
MirrorCTT is intended to access only the information needed to provide its stated, user-facing functionality. The exact information available to the extension depends on the supported website and the page the user is viewing.
3. How Information Is Used
MirrorCTT uses accessed information only to operate, maintain, and improve the extension’s user-facing features. This may include reading supported page content, organizing relevant details, and displaying those details or related assistance to the user.
MirrorCTT does not use accessed information for advertising, personalized advertising, or the creation of advertising profiles.
4. Local Storage
MirrorCTT may store extension settings, preferences, and user-saved workflow information locally in the user’s browser. Depending on the features used, locally stored information may include saved lead details, callback information, booking information, customer names, phone numbers, addresses, project details, and related notes selected or saved by the user.
This information is stored locally to preserve the user’s workflow between browser sessions and is not transmitted to the developer unless expressly stated elsewhere in this policy.
Locally stored extension data remains on the user’s device unless the browser syncs it under the user’s Chrome settings.
5. Data Transmission
MirrorCTT does not transmit webpage content accessed from supported tabs to developer-controlled servers or unrelated third-party services. Processing of that content occurs locally within the user’s browser.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
MirrorCTT retains locally stored settings and preferences for as long as the extension remains installed or until the user clears the extension’s data. Users can remove locally stored data by clearing MirrorCTT’s site or extension data in Chrome, resetting available settings within the extension, or uninstalling the extension.

8. Data Security

No method of storage or electronic processing is completely secure. Accordingly, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure
MirrorCTT’s use of information obtained through Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information received through Chrome APIs is used only to provide or improve MirrorCTT’s prominent, user-facing features. It is not used for personalized advertising, sold to third parties, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
10. Children’s Privacy
MirrorCTT is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the extension. If you believe a child has provided personal information through MirrorCTT, contact the developer so the concern can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
