Privacy Policy

Overview

RelayAi is a Chrome extension for user-directed browser workflows. It can capture contact details from supported forms, place those details into supported destination forms, clean a selected phone number for a user-configured lookup, and place user-selected text into a chosen AI chat.

RelayAi does not operate its own data-collection server, sell user data, use advertising trackers, or use captured information for profiling, credit decisions, lending, or any purpose unrelated to the action you request.

Data RelayAi handles

Only when you use a RelayAi action, the extension may access the information needed to complete it. Depending on the workflow, this can include:

• text you highlight on a page;
• form-field values such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and notes;
• a phone number you highlight for the Custom Skill; and
• your chosen settings, prompt mode, provider selection, destination URL, and keyboard or mouse bindings.

RelayAi does not read passwords, payment information, or authentication credentials as part of its intended workflows.

Local storage and retention

RelayAi stores settings and recorded bindings locally in Chrome extension storage. Temporary captured contact information and cleaned phone numbers are also stored locally only to complete the requested transfer or lookup workflow.

Temporary captured contacts and numbers are automatically deleted from local extension storage at midnight in your local time. You can also clear extension data through Chrome’s normal extension controls.

User-directed sharing with third parties

RelayAi does not independently transmit captured data to a RelayAi server. When you explicitly choose an AI provider and run an AI action, RelayAi opens that provider’s chat and inserts the text you selected, ready for you to review or send. Any information you choose to send is then handled under that provider’s own privacy policy.

Likewise, contact transfer and Custom Skill actions place information only into the page or destination you explicitly select or configure. RelayAi does not control how those websites handle information after it is entered.

Chrome permissions

RelayAi uses Chrome permissions solely to support its user-requested workflows: local storage for settings and temporary workflow data, tabs and web navigation to work with active pages and supported embedded forms, alarms for midnight cleanup, and page access to capture or fill supported forms and AI chats. RelayAi does not use remote code.

Your choices

You control whether to capture, inject, open a destination, or send text to an AI provider. You can change settings, disable automation, clear extension data, or remove RelayAi at any time through Chrome’s extension controls.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when RelayAi’s data handling changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
